19 December 2024: On 10 December 2024 the commission published the following pages associated with the Water Performance Report 2023-24:

- Media release: Annual water performance report details more support for customers facing financial hardship.
The report, media release and associated pages published on 10 December 2024 contained incorrect data about Greater Western Water’s Utility Relief Grant application and approval rates.
The report, media release and pages were republished with updated data on 16 December 2024. The media release was further updated on 19 December 2024 due to incorrect annual customer water bill values for owner-occupier customers of Greater Western Water (Table 1).
We apologise for these errors.
This interactive dashboard provides a concise and high-level overview of a range of data indicators that we use in our water performance report, as well as tools to compare water businesses performances.
We report on the performance of water businesses annually.
How to use this dashboard
For the state summary, water business and environment pages:
- Select the region (state summary) or water business (water business and environment) that you want to see the data for using the list in the top-left of the page
For the comparison tables and graphs:
- Select the region and/or business that you want to compare the data for using the left-most list in the top-left of the page.
- Select the performance indicator(s) you want to use to compare between regions and/or businesses for using the second list in the top-left of the page
For additional information on the data used in the dashboard, select the ‘Data notes’ page.
To download the data from each page, select the ‘Download data’ button in the top-right corner of the page.
